1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging MB Ejgency services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These Terms apply to all clients, partners, and any party working with MB Ejgency.


2. Scope of Services

MB Ejgency provides digital marketing services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Website analytics setup and tracking (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)

  • Email and social media marketing

  • Creative and design services

The scope of each project will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for campaign execution.

  • Grant MB Ejgency access to relevant accounts and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM).

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding data, cookies, and advertising.


4. Fees and Payment


  • All fees are outlined in agreements, invoices, or proposals.

  • Payments are due within the agreed timeframe (unless otherwise specified in writing).

  • Late payments may result in paused campaigns or additional fees.


5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, campaign setups, and strategies developed by MB Ejgency remain the property of MB Ejgency until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables (ads, creatives, content) transfers to the client.

  • Tracking tools and analytics configurations (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) may remain under MB Ejgency’s management unless otherwise specified.


6. Performance Disclaimer

MB Ejgency strives to deliver the best possible results, but marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithm changes, competition, client’s industry, budget).

  • We do not warrant specific increases in sales, traffic, or conversions.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Ejgency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising from the use of our services.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business, technical, and marketing information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.


9. Amendments

MB Ejgency reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
